Kara has spent almost 20 years working in various marketing; innovation; and people & culture roles.  Kara knows her way around 'big business'.  She's been fortunate enough to work for local and international organisations in places like Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Dublin, New York and Seoul.  

More recently, Kara has made her way to the sunny beaches of Byron Bay.  While the pace and scale of big organisations has always been intoxicating to Kara, she also recognises a need to do business differently.  A belief in 'conscious capitalism' means she has turned her attention to working with businesses and brands who want to contribute to the world in a more purposeful way.  

For Kara, good business starts with 'people'. The people who work within our business.  The people we seek to sell products and services to.  The people who are part of our community.  The people in our supply chain.  The people who we seek to partner with.  

Kara believes there is a 'sweet spot' in business.  The intersection of flourishing people, meaningful brands and a healthy planet.  Our audacious dreams live in that sweet spot!
